Problema com o move_uploaded_file

Galera to recebendo esse erro ao tentar mover o arquivo com a função:Warning: move_uploaded_file(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 32013 is not allowed to access /home/hamshop/public_html/images_anuncio/108 owned by uid 99 in /home/hamshop/public_html/gravar_anuncio.php on line 126Se eu colocar OFF no SAFE_MODE no PHP.INI resolve o problema, acredito. Mas tem algum problema em deixar OFF isso ??Alguem pode me dizer algo sobre esse parametro ??
