Descentralização de Menus

Pessoal, boa tarde.

Criei uma página no centro da tela, e criei um menu em DHTML, mas o que me acontece é o seguinte:

Em minha tela ( monitor de 15"), ele fica normal, mas se eu minimizar ele sái de lado.

E em um monitor de 17" ele já sái de lado na maximização da tela.

Confiram o que eu estou dizendo e testem por favor.

Eu sei que nesta parte:

"stm_bm(["menu68ac",700,"","blank.gif",1,"145","218",0,0,19,19,144,1,0,0,"","100%",0,0,1,1,"default","hand",""],this);"

Eu dito onde ele irá aparecer....mas quero mudar para quando eu maximizar, ou minimizar a minha tela, o menu esteja sempre no centro.

Preciso de uma resposta de como resolver isso..
