[Resolvido] &nbspComputador muito lento e acusando malwares

Esses dias pra cá, alguem daqui de casa instalou um malware no meu pc.

Tentei remover com o Malware's Anti malware, mas ele constantemente acusa o mesmo problema. Sem contar que a conexao e o computador em si esta mais lento... segue o LOG:
