Preciso entender esse código:

É uma classe que mescla as células de cada coluna se o conteudo for igual.

Eu quero fazer com que a cada tres linhas do gridview ele execute essa mesclagem, porque se nao mistura com resultados errados, mas como sou iniciante nao entendo o codigo abaixo o suficiente pra saber como fazer isso.

tambem gostaria de fazer a mesclagem so ate a coluna de index 8.

se alguem entender esse codigo por favor me diga o q cada trecho faz. obrigado!!!
