Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local

Boa tarde pessoal, tenho uma aplicação em VB, onde em quase todos os pcs da minha empresa roda perfeitamente, e em apena um computador apresenta o erro abaixo:

Já procurei soluções porém nenhuma até o momento resolveu meu problema

em alguns lugares pediram para instalar o accessdatabaseengine, e em outros pediram para mudar a configuração do sistema para x86.

se alguem tiver alguma outra solução eu agradeço
