Problema com xampp

Não sei se estou na área correta, mas me deparei com um problema...

Estou procurando uma plataforma com Mysql,Apache e PHP que funcione no Windows XP 32bits.

Tentei instalar o VertrigoServ não funcionou, o Wampp, não funcionou, agora estou à testar o Xampp.

Descobri o problema, o Mysql não está ligando porque diz que a porta está bloqueada mas eu já desbloquiei como mostra o print abaixo.

Se alguém tiver outra solução.
