[Arquivado] Suspeita de virus, PC lento e alto consumo de Ram

Olá, sou novo aqui.

Como era leigo no assunto.. :( Baixei um programa com instalador do Baixaki e aceitei uns termos por engano e veio Bobrowser, Unity, Baidu, 123jogodotempo e varios outros... depois baixei AVG e Malwerebytes e removi quase todos virus.. mas ainda acho q deve ter mais algum ou restos deles, pq minha memoria ram de 4gb fica 40% ~ 45% sem nada aberto, apenas o AVG, Malwerebytes e Advanced SystemCare executando, sem falar que esse treco svchost.exe (LocalSystemNetworkRestricted) ele consome as vezes quase 200.000 de "Confirma KB" vi isso no monitor de recursos.
